This document aims to regulate the general terms and conditions of contracting that form an integral part of the purchase agreement entered into between the User and canarlight.es.
Acceptance of this document implies that the user:

These conditions shall have an indefinite period of validity and shall apply to all contracts carried out through the website canarlight.es.
Canarlight reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without affecting goods or promotions contracted prior to such modification.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract aims to regulate the contractual purchase relationship arising between Canarlight and the user at the moment the user accepts, during the online contracting process, the purchase of products offered by Canarlight.
The contractual purchase relationship entails the delivery of a specific product in exchange for a determined price publicly displayed on the website.
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, making a purchase through canarlight.es implies the user’s acceptance of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the user may differ from those of Canarlight unless expressly accepted in advance and in writing by the company.
Each product includes a real graphical description, verifiable against the characteristics and information contained on its packaging.
Prices are kept up to date, providing customers with greater security and peace of mind regarding the purchase process and associated costs.
IDENTITY OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES
On the one hand, the owner of the website through which the user makes the purchase, Canarlight, with Tax ID (NIF) B76803816, and email address comercial@canarlight.es.
On the other hand, the user, who is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided during the purchase process.
I. PURCHASE PROCESS
To make purchases on canarlight.es, the user must be of legal age and have full legal capacity to contract in accordance with Spanish legislation.
The purchase process consists of two steps:

The user must complete the registration form with all required information. Upon completion, the user expressly consents to the processing of their data in accordance with our privacy policy and accepts the content set out in the legal notice. -
Product selection and purchase:
The user selects the desired products, confirms or modifies the shipping address, and follows the indicated steps to complete the purchase.
It is important that all entered data is correct and accurate.
II. PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS AND SHIPPING
The prices of the items are those shown on the website next to each product and include taxes.

Credit card or Bizum are available as payment methods, ensuring security and ease during the transaction.

IV. FORCE MAJEURE
The parties shall not be liable for non-compliance due to force majeure. Obligations shall be suspended until the cause ceases.
V. JURISDICTION
The user may not assign or transfer rights or obligations without express authorization.
If any clause is declared invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
The user declares having read and accepted these General Conditions.
VI. GENERAL TERMS OF THE OFFER
All sales and deliveries are subject to these conditions.
Any change shall only be valid if made in writing and signed by Canarlight
VII. EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges due to preference or product defects.

Exchanges are not accepted for used, untagged, or damaged products.
The exchange must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
VIII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user has the right to withdraw within 7 calendar days from receipt.
To exercise this right, the user must notify their decision via email to comercial@canarlight.es.
Consequences:

Refund of all payments except shipping costs.

The refund will be made using the same payment method.

The customer must return the product in its original packaging, unused, within the indicated period, bearing the return shipping costs.
IX. CANCELLATIONS
If the cancellation occurs after shipment, return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
The refund will be made using the same payment method, with no penalties.
X. APPLICABLE LAW
This purchasing system is governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
